BENEFITS : Zep Zarathon - Low Odor is a high solids, "Wet Look" floor finish designed for ultra-high-speed (UHS)burnishing. It is an extremely durable, high solids acrylic-copolymer, metal-interlock, high gloss floor finish designed for UHS burnishing. It has been formulated with unique components to reduce objectionable odors during application.

ZARATHON
HIGH SOLIDS, LOW ODOR FLOOR FINISH FOR UHS BURNISHING
A 25% solids, acrylic copolymer, metal interlock floor finish with
a mild grapefruit fragrance formulated to quickly dry to a deep
gloss, “wet look” coating. Has excellent responsiveness to UHS
burnishing for moderate maintenance procedures. Improved
resistance to scuffs and black heel marks. Excellent slip
resistance when properly maintained. Only 30 - 45 minutes drying
time required between coats. Coverage is 2000 - 2500 square
feet per gallon. Use as UHS finish on vinyl composition tile,
rubber, asphalt tile, cork, sealed concrete, terrazzo, etc. Easily
removed with Zep Strip-Ease or other conventional Zep strippers.
Meets or exceeds slip resistant standards (when properly
maintained) established by CSPA and UL as tested in accordance
with ASTM D-2047.
